…continued from last week…
This is not something I normally like to focus on, but it’s also important to know what kinds of things you really have no interest in doing, in order to make sure they don’t inadvertently become a part of your daily life once you start your business. If you make it a point to avoid them from the very start, the entire process of starting, running, and growing your business will be infinitely easier and more enjoyable, and you’ll avoid a lot of the pitfalls most entrepreneurs fall into.
What are your weaknesses (as opposed to your strengths)? What do you really hate doing (as opposed to the things you love doing)? And what always makes you procrastinate (as opposed to the things that really get you fired up and excited)?
Make note of these items, and don’t leave anything out. Even if it’s just something you’d “rather not” do, or something you find boring but not completely intolerable, put it on the list. Since we’ll be building your perfect business around your answers to these questions, we might as well try to avoid all your minuses, not matter how minor they may seem – leaving more room for your plusses!
